Alternatives to the fish meal: veal steak, some Chinese food with rice, a Cesar salad or something similar. Don&#8217;t combine the food with bread and refrain from ordering any sweets.</li>

<li>Drink 2 liters of water per day. Don&#8217;t force yourself to drink it all at once, but make sure you drink the whole quantity before going to sleep</li>
<li>Give up alcohol. Even a glass of beer is too much. Alcohol contains a lot of calories, so it&#8217;s better to stay away from it until you see your objective accomplished.</li>
<li>Don&#8217;t put sugar in your coffee or tea. If you cannot drink them unsweetened, use some sugar-replacements, or pour a teaspoonful of honey</li>
<li>Don&#8217;t eat anything between the meals. Forget your old habit of opening the fridge door 5 times per day to see what&#8217;s inside.</li>
<li>Take a long walk every evening. About 20-30 minutes of vigorous walking can do wonders for your body. If you can&#8217;t go for walks, go up and down the stairs of your building several times, or do some light workouts for your abs.</li>
