Lose 20 Pounds in 3 Weeks with No Restrictions
For heavily overweight persons, losing weight can be an issue, as they are not satisfied with only losing 3-4 pounds a month. It’s normal, because it would take them a lifetime to learn how to get to the look they dream of.
It is not advisable to try losing weight fast, because of many considerations:
- Your skin would just hang, making you look several years older than your real age

First, don’t think that you’re on a diet. Just try to change a bit your daily habits in these directions:
- Eat all your favorite foods, but keep the quantities small. It’s better to eat 5-6 times a day small portions, rather than the whole fridge once a day.
- Fix hours for your meals and respect them. Your body would obey, and you’ll end up by being hungry only at those times, and not all day long.
- Drink a lot of water. You can start your day with a big glass of still water, then you can have breakfast, and after a while, drink again a large glass of water, then, in about 2 hours you can have a snack, and so on.
- Try to avoid eating at night. Don’t fix your last meal of the day too late. An appropriate time would be around 19:00-19:30. In case you like to go to sleep very late, you can have the last meal by 20:30.
- Exercise daily. You don’t have to waste a lot of time and to pay for expensive subscriptions to the gym. Workouts for the belly can be done at home, with no devices required. Walking in the park is also free of charge. Go every day for a 15 minutes walk, or if you are healthy, you can try to run. A good idea is to get yourself a pair of roller blades and have an hour of skating every day. Skating movements are great for your buttocks and thighs.
Do this for 3 weeks, and you’ll see that you’ll need a new wardrobe, because you can shrink from a size 14 to a 10 without joining any expensive weight loss program, without buying expensive foods, just by being yourself and by committing to a less flexible daily schedule.
