I started TinyDiet.com with the desire of gathering in one single place all methods to lose weight I’ve read about or tried in my lose pounds days, grouped by the number of pounds which can be lost by following such weight loss programs, diets or tips.
There is plenty of information available about losing weight, fitness, nutrition, calories and similar things that I feel overwhelmed each time I have an attempt to lose 5 pounds in several days, or lose 10 pounds in a couple of weeks because I have to go to a wedding and I cannot fit in my best dress anymore. I want all information that I’ve gathered over the years to be easy to find when I need it, and this is why I thought a website would be the best way to do it and have everything at hand wherever I am.
I could have chosen to keep everything private: all the ways lo lose more or less pounds in more or less time, all nutritionists’ advice I’ve received and sometimes I’ve followed, all the workouts and diets that gave me confidence in my power of achieving my goals, everything!
Then I thought it would be selfish and I felt like sharing with you all these things which date from my “lose pounds days”. Either you wish to lose weight effectively, or you just want to get fit for the summer, or you think abdominal exercises suck, or you strive to lose weight at home fast, whoever you may be, please keep in mind the following:
- I am not a doctor, nor am I a nutrition specialist. I’m not endorsing any methods of losing weight I present on TinyDiet.com
- This site has the sole purpose of putting together all weight loss resources I was able to find and collect over the years
- If you want to join a weight loss program, I strongly encourage you to seek for medical advice. Just print the page with the diet that you’d like to follow, and go ask your doctor if you really should. Each person is unique, and in case you suffer from some medical conditions, the diet may interfere with your health state and get you in serious troubles. Metabolism is not at all a children’s play.
- Should you ignore my warning and try some diets or other procedures you’ve read about on TinyDiet.com, please note that I cannot be held responsible for any consequences of your gesture. My role is to inform you, not to persuade you to join any weight loss progams or to teach you how to lose pounds fast.
- There is no such thing like fat loss for idiots. Usually, idiots gain all their pounds back after their diet or workouts program comes to an end. Many times, they get even more fat on their belly and on their buttocks, making it harder each time to get fit again. Smart people inform themselves first, then they judge all information and consult health and nutrition specialists. Smart people don’t trade health for fitness and looks. They know they can have both, by following a balanced diet and by living an active life.
- All advertising on Tiny Diet will be clearly labeled as such. I will never write reviews of weight loss pills, diets or other products without clearly disclosing this fact in the beginning of the respective article. I will write reviews of weight loss products, because my purpose is to offer as much information as possible, from as many sources as I can find.
I surely had my share of foolish weight loss attempts in my lose pounds days. But this is past and luckily I’ve survived to tell it how it was. I’m alive and thin, and I’m talking, so your “lose pounds days” can be better.
